I have an extensive background in conflict resolution and employee relations from a Human Resource Management career spanning 18 years. I have worked with a variety of clients in many industries, including health care and manufacturing. I am an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP). I have a particular passion for child focused dispute resolution and working with families to resolve conflict.

My approach

Managing disputes within families can be very stressful and emotional. I believe clients need a great team around them, whereby resources and supports are there to call on. Resources can include independent legal advice, counselling, GP reviews. I believe in a holistic approach, with a focus on the resources and supports required for each client or family. Each client is different and has their own story to tell, and I believe empowering clients through mediation and dispute resolution is really important, as decisions can then be made by the parties in the dispute, rather than a decision made for you.
